Essentially, it involves installing a 5.25" diskette drive in a Win98se machine
and running the Keil emulator. This allows you to transfer files to real Color Computer
diskettes that can be read on a CoCo. It also allows you to transfer files to a virtual
Color Computer diskette on the PC for use in an emulator.
